I understand I am not the smartest person in the world, but I do not understand babies with dirty sneakers. If the baby can not walk, how did they get dirty? A baby who can not walk either sits or crawls. If the baby is crawling in a dirty area, then that opens the field for more questions. You let your child crawl in dirt? Who does that?
